Nutrition benefits are a health-related social needs (HRSN) service for OHP members with certain life situations and health conditions.
Your coordinated care organization (CCO) decides whether you qualify and must authorize the benefit before Willow can send a card.
Willow provides pantry stocking and fruit and vegetable benefits.
If you qualify for Willow, you will receive a pre-loaded card to use at participating grocery stores.

If your CCO offers Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) nutrition benefits from Willow, you can call your CCO or use your CCO's request form to see if you qualify.
When your card is ready, you will get a text message from +1 (888) 394-7729 or an email from notifications@usewillow.com.
Tap the link or the Activate card button to activate your card. If you requested a physical card, you will also receive a physical card by mail. Tap the link or call the number on your physical card to activate your card.
If you expected a card and did not get a text, email, or physical card, contact Willow support so we can help check delivery or activation.
Find participating stores with the store locator or view participating stores in the drop-down menu of your digital card.
You can search by zip code, city, store name, county, or your current location.
If you are shopping with a digital card, select the store where you are shopping, like Albertsons, then scan the barcode at checkout after scanning all items.
Make sure to follow the instructions. If you are shopping with a physical card, swipe the card at checkout after scanning all items.
You can shop for grocery pickup or delivery from Walmart.com, Albertsons.com, or Safeway.com.
Please note that your card will not cover any pickup or delivery fees or tips.
Yes. You can use EBT when shopping with Willow.
The order may depend on the retailer: some stores may ask you to use your EBT card before Willow, while others may let you use Willow first.
If checkout is confusing, separate transactions can make it easier to use your benefits correctly.
If you are receiving fruit and vegetable benefits, you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, canned or packaged fruits without added sugars, frozen or dried fruits without added sugars, fresh herbs, and infant fruits and vegetables without added sugars.
If you are receiving pantry stocking benefits, you can buy fruits and vegetables, meats and seafood, dairy and eggs, breads and cereals, cooking oils, spices and herbs, snack foods, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Alcoholic beverages are not covered.
Use the product scanner in your digital card to scan the product's barcode and check if it's eligible. Only packaged items have standard barcodes.
Small barcode stickers on individual fruits and vegetables may not scan correctly, but the item may still be covered if it is part of your benefit.
Check your balance in the offers section of your digital card. Your balance may also print on your receipt.
If you still cannot find your balance, contact Willow support.
No. You must use your balance within four weeks (28 days).
Any remaining balance will expire before new benefits are loaded. You can see when your funds expire in the offers section of your digital card.
New benefits are loaded after your previous benefits expire. You will receive a text or email when new benefits are loaded.
Your card number should stay the same.
You may receive benefits for up to 24 weeks as long as you are an OHP member and remain eligible for the benefit.
Eligibility is checked before each new benefit load. If your OHP coverage changes, your health plan may need to confirm whether you still qualify.
